Founded in 1993 by Steven Valloney, the Sunrise Yoga Center welcomes you with its hardwood floors, large windows, and uncluttered walls. These elements coalesce to provide a bright, soothing environment and relaxing atmosphere unique to Ithaca.
With 2 studios, 10 instructors and over two dozen classes, Sunrise offers something for every body.
Sunrise Yoga Center is generously equipped with mats, blankets, meditation cushions and related supplies to support and enhance your practice. A variety of items, including sticky mats, props, and books are available for purchase at the studio.
Sunrise Yoga Center is conveniently located downtown at 119 South Cayuga Street, just around the corner from the Ithaca Commons near the intersection of Cayuga and Green Streets. We are in Studios 301 and 303, which are on the 3rd floor. Take the stairs to the right of the entrance to the Christian Science Reading Room.
Parking is available in the municipal parking garage next to the library on S. Cayuga Street. Parking in the garage is free on weekends. Metered parking may also be found on Cayuga and Green Streets, and 2-hour free parking on city streets nearby.

A 10% discount applies for two or more people from the same household.
Classes purchased as a six-week series must be used within 6 weeks of purchase date. You may attend any combination of the classes listed in the schedule, except where separate fee schedules are noted.
