Morning and Noon Vinyasa Flow Classes with Brenna Fitzgerald beginning February 1

The focus of these classes is breath-synchronized movement. Students move through a fluidly choreographed class that includes Sun Salutation sequences and a variety of standing and seated poses to increase the heart rate as well as build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. All levels welcome.

Brenna first began studying yoga and meditation as an exchange student in India 10 years ago. In 2007 she obtained her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Since then she has attended numerous workshops and master classes with Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Anusara teachers in Los Angeles and New York City and has taught in Ithaca and in LA. Inspired by her dance training, Brenna emphasizes posture alignment for stability and strength within a meditative flow-style class.
